Project Manager

Details

Lead the procurement process, including permit acquisition
Develop and monitor the master project schedule, preparing weekly work schedules with the Superintendent
Manage cost forecasting, client invoices, and subcontractor/vendor payments
Complete monthly status reports, contribute to monthly PX reports, and lead PX installation conferences
Coordinate various weekly meetings with project team, subcontractors, MEP subcontractors, and clients
Review and analyze cost reports, labor, purchasing, and equipment needs for compliance with project scope and specifications
Ensure compliance with contractual, regulatory, and safety requirements while controlling project costs and profitability
Conduct project inspections, safety meetings, and collaborate with engineers, inspectors, and client representatives to address issues
Direct project scheduling and oversee future construction planning
Manage field construction, maintenance, engineering, and subcontractor activities to meet project scope and specifications
Assess equipment needs and maintenance requirements
Establish correspondence procedures and document monitoring for compliance
Supervise the Project Engineer responsible for change orders, submittals, RFI's, and closeout processes
Location: Onsite in Easton, PA

B.S. in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field with at least 5 years of experience preferred
Strong commitment to quality, process improvement, and customer satisfaction
Demonstrates integrity, aligns with company values, and prioritizes customer needs
Excellent interpersonal skills for client, engineer, architect, superintendent, and worker relations
Demonstrates proficiency using a personal computer (PC) and company communication tools, such as email, internet, and Microsoft products (e.g., Word, Excel, Office, Outlook)
