Project Manager


  • Lead the procurement process, including permit acquisition

  • Develop and monitor the master project schedule, preparing weekly work schedules with the Superintendent
  • Manage cost forecasting, client invoices, and subcontractor/vendor payments
  • Complete monthly status reports, contribute to monthly PX reports, and lead PX installation conferences
  • Coordinate various weekly meetings with project team, subcontractors, MEP subcontractors, and clients
  • Review and analyze cost reports, labor, purchasing, and equipment needs for compliance with project scope and specifications
  • Ensure compliance with contractual, regulatory, and safety requirements while controlling project costs and profitability
  • Conduct project inspections, safety meetings, and collaborate with engineers, inspectors, and client representatives to address issues
  • Direct project scheduling and oversee future construction planning
  • Manage field construction, maintenance, engineering, and subcontractor activities to meet project scope and specifications
  • Assess equipment needs and maintenance requirements
  • Establish correspondence procedures and document monitoring for compliance
  • Supervise the Project Engineer responsible for change orders, submittals, RFI's, and closeout processes
  • Location: Onsite in Easton, PA


Required Qualifications and Skills

  •  B.S. in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field with at least 5 years of experience preferred
  •  Strong commitment to quality, process improvement, and customer satisfaction
  •  Demonstrates integrity, aligns with company values, and prioritizes customer needs
  •  Excellent interpersonal skills for client, engineer, architect, superintendent, and worker relations
  •  Demonstrates proficiency using a personal computer (PC) and company communication tools, such as email, internet, and Microsoft products (e.g., Word, Excel, Office, Outlook)
