Flat Iron Apartments

This project included renovations to three floors of the historic Flat Iron Building in Bethlehem, PA. Elevate transformed the old building into a studio, 1 & 2 Bedroom apartment units. Renovations incorporated the building’s existing historic features by exposing brick walls, steel beams, piping and ductwork. Common laundry facilities were created on each floor for the residents.
