The Watermark Residences are two adjoined 75-unit apartments in the heart of Easton, PA. Buildings will include a mix of studio, 1- and 2-bedroom apartments. The project consisted of building off an existing parking lot and demolishing of an existing warehouse. Site features ground and podium level parking.
