Chip McAteer is one of the founding partners of Elevate. He handles client relations, oversees business development and marketing, contract negotiation, project estimating, and long-term company goals and vision. Chip's strong work ethic and thoughtful and collaborative approach to leadership have enabled his team to perform successfully.

Chip enjoys coaching baseball, spending time with his family and working out.
